In this Single Session we'll dive deep into your personal goals, fears, patterns, and beliefs. We'll also explore all aspects of your health, including nutrition, joy, career, finance, creativity, relationships, social life, physical activity, spirituality, and environment. You'll leave the session with a comprehensive understanding of where you're at and where you'd like to go.

-You have an irregular schedule or don't need accountability, and can't commit to a longer program at the moment.

-You want the flexibility to book sessions as you need them.

-You'd like to add on sessions to your 4-week or 6-week program without committing to another full program.
