Hey! I’m Alixe.

I am deeply passionate about the connection between mindset and nutrition. This passion stems from my own personal journey to overcome gut health issues, food sensitivities, and negative thought patterns after suffering a concussion while playing soccer.

With a background in nursing, I am a holistic health coach and integrative nutritionist committed to empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. My programs are designed to help you feel confident, and in control of your own health and well-being, by fostering awareness of your habits, patterns, and beliefs.

  • Nutrition is a cornerstone of wellness, and I strongly advocate for a focus on a variety of colourful plant-based foods to fuel our bodies. Through personalized guidance and education, I help my clients incorporate more foods that nourish their bodies and support their health goals. I emphasize the importance of whole, nutrient-dense foods and provide practical strategies for meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking easy and nutritious meals.
