I am deeply passionate about the connection between mindset and nutrition. This passion stems from my own personal journey to overcome gut health issues, food sensitivities, and negative thought patterns after suffering a concussion while playing soccer.
With a background in nursing, I am a holistic health coach and integrative nutritionist committed to empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. My programs are designed to help you feel confident, and in control of your own health and well-being, by fostering awareness of your habits, patterns, and beliefs.
